Gyazo Help

General

Q: Who can see my images on Gyazo?
A: Your images are private by default. Only people with whom you have shared your unique link (for example: http://gyazo.com/c86f9566d5fd2904b2929ad4b67347c7) are able to see your image on Gyazo. The complicated string of numbers that make up your unique link (URL) can not be guessed by others so it is quite safe. There are 2 to the 128th (2^128) power of possible unique addresses. That's approximately 34,028,236,700,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000 possibilities!

Q: How long are Gyazo images stored in the Gyazo server?
A: All images will be stored indefinitely unless you choose to delete the image from your gallery.

Q: I've captured a screenshot with Gyazo, but I forgot the URL of the Gyazo image. How can I access the Gyazo image?
A: Our Ninja(Pro) service allows you to see all the images you've ever uploaded with Gyazo. -- Read more about Gyazo Ninja(Pro) here.

Q: I am seeing the error 'Application Not Found' message when i take a screenshot. How can i fix it?
A: The image has successfully been capture and uploaded, it is just failing to open your browser (because the application is not found!). To fix this, you simply need to set the browser you would like to use as a default (and where Gyazo will launch your images).

Image Removal

Q: I want to delete some of the Gyazo images I have uploaded.
A: You can delete a image that you uploaded by tapping delete button at "My images" page.

Q: I found an inappropriate Gyazo image which was uploaded by an anonymous person. Can you please delete it?
A: Usually we do not delete any Gyazo images without express permission of the
user who uploaded the image. However, upon our own judgment that an image is against our Terms of Use, the Gyazo Team has the authority to delete any improper Gyazo images from our server. Please place a request if you need help with this.

Q: What defines "inappropriate" Gyazo images which might be deleted by the Gyazo Team?
A: We will base all image deletions on the Terms of Use and our best judgment. Don't do anything that your mom would not approve of. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more details.
